The Zuper Field Service app requires a supported operating system version to run on your mobile device. Before installing or updating the app, make sure your device meets the minimum OS requirements.

Android device requirements

The Zuper Field Service app supports Android 8.0 or later.

Check your Android version

To check the software version on your Android device, follow these steps:
  1. Open “Settings” on your device.
  1. Tap About device or About phone. The option name may vary depending on your device manufacturer.
  2. Find Android Version to view the installed operating system version.
Make sure your device runs Android 8.0 or later to use the Zuper Field Service app.

iOS device requirements

The Zuper Field Service app supports iOS 17.0 or later.

Check your iOS version

To check the iOS version installed on your iPhone or iPad:
  1. Open Settings on your iOS device.
  1. Tap General.
  1. Select “About” to view the iOS version.
  1. Find iOS Version to view the installed operating system version.
Make sure your device runs iOS 17.0 or later to use the Zuper Field Service app.
