The recording continues and is stored locally on your device. It syncs automatically once you’re back online.
No. Recording stops automatically at the 3-hour mark. You’ll get a warning at 10, 5, and 2 minutes before this happens if notifications are turned on.
It should be, but pausing for an extended period and leaving the app in the background can cause the recording to be lost. It’s safer to save a recording than to leave it paused for a long stretch.
No. Once the app closes during an active or paused recording, you can’t pick it back up.
Yes. Recordings must be at least 60 seconds long to be scored. Shorter recordings are saved but not scored.

Coaching cards and scoring

Each playbook step is scored as detected or not detected, with no partial credit. Score is the number of detected steps divided by the total number of steps. For example, 23 of 24 steps detected equals 96%.
Yes, in this release. Weighting certain steps more heavily is planned for a later release.
This usually means the recording was under 60 seconds and too short to score. Select Retry Analysis if you believe this is an error.
No. Insights are informational only. They describe how the conversation was conducted, not whether the playbook was followed.
The score isn’t adjusted automatically. It’s shown as-is, and the conversation is flagged for manager review.

Access and visibility

Field executives receive their score and coaching feedback by email.
No. Field executives don’t have access to the Coach tab in this release. They receive their results by email instead.
Yes. Managers can view coaching cards for every field executive on their team from the Coach tab, along with a leaderboard and team-level averages.
Not in this release. Zuper configures your playbook based on the behaviors you want your team coached on.

Transcript, audio, and feedback

Yes. Select any timestamp in the transcript, or any highlighted marker on the timeline, to jump the audio there directly.
Yes. Use the thumbs up or thumbs down on a section in the Coaching panel, or on an individual item like an objection entry.
Yes. Transcript and audio download separately from the More actions menu.
