# Sales Coach Scorecard Email

Every visit is a chance to get a little better at what you do. After you record a conversation, Sales Coach analyses and evaluates it and sends you a scorecard by email, so you always know what worked and what to try next time.

## Why are you getting this

You don't need to do anything with this email. It's not a task, and it's not something you're being tested on. It's there so you can walk away from every visit with something useful: a clear sense of what you did well, and one specific thing to carry into your next call.

## What you'll see

Your score. A number out of 100 that reflects the whole conversation. It's a snapshot, not a verdict, and it moves as you keep recording and improving.

* **Your score.** A number out of 100 that reflects the whole conversation. It's a snapshot, not a verdict, and it moves as you keep recording and improving.
* **What you did well**, called out specifically, with timestamps so you can go back and hear the exact moment.
* **What to improve**, just the most useful thing to work on before your next visit.
* **How you handled objections.** Every concern the customer raised, and how you responded. If there was a stronger way to answer, you'll see it, framed as a suggestion, not a correction.
* **What's still open.** Anything from the conversation that needs a follow-up, so nothing slips through.
* **How the conversation covered your playbook.** You can see which parts of your process came through clearly and which didn't.
* **A few numbers on how the conversation felt.** Talk time, questions asked, that kind of thing. Just context, not a grade.

If you want to hear the exact moment behind anything in the email, select **Open Recording** to jump straight to that part of the audio.
