# Payout Timelines

Zuper Pay deposits the payments you collect directly into your bank account. Zuper Pay uses Stripe to process payouts. The time it takes for funds to reach your bank account depends on the payment method used and whether it is your first payout.

## Standard payout window

After a payment has been successfully processed, funds are typically deposited into your bank account within the following timeframes:

| Payment method | Typical payout timeline |
| --------------------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------- |
| Credit cards, debit cards, Tap to Pay, and card reader payments | 2 business days |
| ACH transfers and check payments | 5–7 business days |

<Note>
  **Note**: These timelines apply across all Zuper Pay plans.
</Note>

## First payout timeline

<Info>
  **Info**: Your first payout takes 5 business days, regardless of the payment method used.
</Info>

This is a one-time processing period for new Zuper Pay accounts. After your first payout is completed, the standard payout timelines apply.

## Why are my payouts delayed?

Any of the following factors may affect payout timing:

### Daily cutoff time

Zuper Pay uses an 8:00 PM EST daily cutoff time. Payments processed before 8:00 PM EST are included in that day's payout cycle. Payments processed after 8:00 PM EST are included in the next business day's payout cycle.

### Weekends and holidays

Payout timelines are calculated in business days. Weekends and federal banking holidays are not counted as business days and may extend the time it takes for funds to reach your bank account.

## Track your payout

After you collect a payment with Zuper Pay, you can see your payments and upcoming payouts on the [Payments](Zuper-pay/Dasboard#payment-details-panel) page.

To check the payment's status:

1. Go to **Zuper Pay > Accounting module > Payments**.
2. Select the **Payments** tab.
3. Check the **Status** column.

<Note>
  **Note**: To reconcile each payout against the payments it settles, use the **Payout Reconciliation Report**. You can schedule it to run automatically at a set time each day. Click [here](/Zuper-pay/Zuper-pay-reports#6-payout-reconciliation-report) to know more.
